In order to provide the best care appropriate for each client’s needs, I am now offer two different types of physiotherapy sessions. Please note, the treatment types are not interchangeable, so please ensure you book the right appointment type for your concerns.

Holistic Women’s Health sessions are comprehensive in nature and for allow for in-depth pelvic physiotherapy treatment and coaching. These appointments are well suited for addressing Sex & Intimacy concerns as well as Menopause concerns around Pelvic health, Heart Health and Bone Health and development of fitness programs. These appointments include lifestyle strategies alongside physiotherapy. Digital homework is provided as part of the treatment plan as well as ongoing email communication, and accountability

Physiotherapy appointments are shorter in duration and are best suited for clients who require direct treatment the pelvic floor, but do not require comprehensive treatment plans, fitness programs or coaching

When scheduling your appointments please note that I generally see my clients every other week for the first six weeks of treatment and then determine a treatment schedule based on your progress and needs. I recommend that you book 3 follow up appointments now, as I generally book 6-8 weeks in advance and this will allow you to secure the appointment times that work best for you

-Understanding how your hormones impact your health and how you feel. I will help you communicate with your family doctor and help you find the other health professionals that can assist you on your journey

-We will work on developing a health and fitness plan that works with your schedule and interests. The goal of holistic health is not fad fitness, but prioritizing strength, mobility, bone health, heart health and more

-We will work on helping you enjoy your intimate relationship and help you understand how to keep it going.

-Helping you prioritize lifestyle strategies such as nutrition, sleep and stress management to name a few.
